Yeah, we have a 90+ (Farenheit) heat wave here that's supposed to last a week. It's horrid. You feel like you need a shower after standing outside for about five minutes. I just hope that this is the highest it'll go this summer!

i prefer cold to heat, when your cold you can put more layers on, but if your hot its not like you can strip off and walk around. well you could but you'd be arrested.
i dont hate heat, i just hate it when its humid, as long as the shade is cool im happy. unfortunalty here the shade is just as hot as being in the sun. its horrible working in heat too.

I spend the year dreading February, because it gets so hot in that month that you can barely think. My most memorable February was a few years ago when I was in a classroom that had no fans or airconditiong, and I sat under the window, in the sun. Sheer torment.

That sounds so strange to me. February means cold and snow to me, it's weird to think of you sitting in a classroom boiling:P It's really hot here now though, a little too hot for me. Especially at night... bah...

I had a good trip, thank-you to those who wished me well. I always get worried for travelling. It's nice to be back here. I missed this forum. Ooh, I hate heat more than cold. I'm one of those people who gets faint and lightheaded in the heat.. I had that problem on my trip.

yeah, I get a bit like that in the heat, but I feel the cold really bad, and get all shivery and get sick really easily, so I'd rather have heat and be dizzy then have cold and be sick all the time.

How was it? I heard it was quite good actually. I watched Silent Hill the other day. Anyone else watched it?

I'm waiting till the DVD comes out to see Superman, but I am looking forward to it. I like watching the old ones; they're corny, but entertaining.

It was actually very good - well worth seeing on the big screen, and the John Williams score was absolutely perfect. I think the entire female audience fell in love with Brandon Routh. At least there were a couple of dozen females who got glazy eyes every time there was a close-up...

he had very pretty eyes. i liked superman a lot, at some of the time the acting got really corny but it was so funny.
