i havnt heard of most of them, but i love coldplay. although recetnly i've heard some pretty amazing music, and tool-lateralus, well it was life changing. actually life changing, i never knew music could go so deep. it was awesome, and no other band has ever given me a feeling like that. of course now im going slightly insane, but it was worth it, and its pretty fun actually - if this is insanity im liking it.

I like Coldplay, especially "Yellow" and "Green Eyes".
I've been listening to a lot of Queen lately. Gotta love Freddie.

I love Queen! *bounces around singing Bohemian Rhapsody* I seriously have that whole song memorized...so amazing.
I also like Franz Ferdinand, The Goo-goo Dolls, Matchbox Twenty...an eclectic mix really. Pretty much anything that has a decent beat to it...and NOT rap or hip-hop. Eurgh.

I love some of coldplay's songs, and I really dislike some of them. But I LOVE 'the scientist' 'and a rush of blood to the head'. I'm not a big fan of queen, but they do have some really good songs. Has anyone heard '39? I heard it on my friends LP, but I can't find anyone else who has heard of it

I recently discovered this band called Reamonn. I particularly liked the song 'Tonight.' Superb guitars and lovely lyrics.

Can't say I've heard of any of those. I'm a Goo-goo Dolls lover through and through. Switchfoot too. Yesh. Has anyone ever listened to the soundtrack from Garden State? Fabulous times ten. Anyone listen to Rammstein? *laughs* What can I say? German guys with insanely deep voices... Anyone heard of Rough Draft? Probably not, but...figured I'd ask. I know the lead singer; he's my buddy.

Rammstein havnt got that deep voices, honestly listen to more metal and you'll find people with a lot deeper voices, and some voices that sopund almost beastial and inhuman if you delves into black metal.

I know...I think the effect is just magnified cuz it's in German. I don't really like it when the voices get that deep...Rammstein's about as "intense" as it gets for me. *is a pansy*

hehe, you'll miss out on all the great atmospheric black metal then. And the awesome progresive metal stylings of opeth, now theres an awesome band. He really does have an awesome voice.

Lately, I've had this obsession with the Rolling Stones. Paint It Black, Satisfaction, Start Me Up... some brilliant songs just to name a few.
I like Iris by the Goo Goo Dolls. Amazing song.
