Yes, I agree with Vitoria, children's books are great when you find the right ones. Some of my all time favorite books are easy reads, but I love the feeling I get from reading them; pure joy. They can have the best messages, and you don't have to dig that deep to find them.
However, I still love books for older people; Ray Bradbury is one of my very favorite authors. Has anyone ever read The Saturdays by Elizabeth Enright?

Yeah, I agree. I can't read only children's books. But it's nice to mix it, read some light and then some heavy.
What's "The saturdays" about? I have never heard of it... Never heard of Ray Bradbury either, I think. What has he written?

Ray Bradbury is famous for his science fiction writing. I had gotten 'Something Wicked This Way Comes' from the library, but never read it. Has anyone?

Some other Ray Bradbury: (Our old Lit teacher liked him a lot) Illustrated Man, Dandelion Wine, and ... man, there was another one, but I lost it. Sorry.

Hmm... my library has it. I've never read it, but I'm tempted now I'm getting too many books at the same time for myself these days

Has anyone read Paradise Lost? I heard about it somewhere and noted down that I need to read it, but I can't remember where or why... Is it one book or a series?

Wow, that sounds like a lot of heavy reading at one time. Are you in school now? Cause I am and I'm not finding any time at all to read.

Oh, do you like 'Emma.'? Out of the Austen books I've read, it's my least favorite. Otherwise, I love Jane Austen.

LOLz, it changed his name to "thingyens" I was very confused about that for a moment...I got it...hehe. And yes, I am enjoying Emma, it's pretty interesting. I saw the movie first, which I think helped. I am in school, but honestly if I don't save some time for reading, I'd go bananas.

Yes, I hate the censor thing... You have to write "D ickens" or "Hitchcoc k" if you want it to stay, and then it looks typo-ed.
Yes, I suppose not reading would drive me crazy, too. Luckily, our lit book right now is Romeo & Juliet, which I am finding quite interesting, so that and the few bits of P&P I can get here and there are good enough for me.

Heh, I imagine that does get rather annoying.
Oh, I loved Romeo and Juliet! I read that last year in class, and it was amazing. But then, I'm a Shakespeare nutter, so that's to be expected.
